Are you ready to trade?

International trade fairs are important events on the business calendar. In this issue of Skill Up!, we present the language you’ll need for talking about and attending trade fairs.

Whether you’re a trade fair exhibitor or visitor, you’ll find a selection of useful words in Word Bank (pp. 4–5). The dialogues in the In Context section (pp. 6–11) focus on phrases for talking about locations, making decisions about stand designs and presenting your products and services. The phrases are also listed in Phrase Bank on pages 12–13. In the grammar section (pp. 20–21), we look at a number of ways to give instructions at the trade fair.
