Meeting with experts from around the world at Baku exhibitions
Caspian Event Organizers, a professional operator of several annual international exhibition and conferences in Azerbaijan, has scheduled international exhibitions in Baku, among them the ADEX, Education, Career, Caspian Ecology and Bakutel (together with Iteca Caspian) exhibitions in 2016. All the exhibitions will be held with the approval and official support of the state structures of Azerbaijan. A number of these projects will also be provided with additional support from various international and industry associations.
This year Caspian Event Organizers will also act as the organiser of EuroVillage 2016, an annual event held by the European Union Delegation in Azerbaijan in cooperation with the embassies of EU member states in Baku. There will be numerous contests and quizzes for adults and children, virtual tours of Europe, national dances and karaoke, facepainting, chess competitions, cooking shows, a performing magician and much more at EuroVillage 2016. The festival will culminate with an enchanting concert featuring singers from The Voice (Azerbaijan) project and European star. This year’s EuroVillage welcomes visitors starting in October 1st at the Baku Boulevard.
Caspian Event Organizers will open the autumn exhibition season with the 2nd Azerbaijan International
Defence Exhibition - ADEX 2016, to be held from the 27th to the 30th of September at the Baku Expo Centre. This grand display of modern weapons and equipment and demonstration of military might and national defence capabilities will be held at the initiative of the Ministry of Defence Industry of Azerbaijan Republic and supported by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The exhibition, which is being staged for the second time, will be the largest military display held in the region, showcasing the latest global developments as well as domestic production. Over 150 companies from 30 countries have confirmed their participation at the upcoming ADEX 2016. Company representatives and industry professionals from at least 8 countries will deploy their products at the exhibition. The first three days of the exhibition will be open only to executives, international delegations and the press. On the final day, September 30, ADEX 2016 will open its doors to all visitors.
On October 7, the Azerbaijan International Education and Career exhibitions both begin, with each marking their 10th anniversary. Over the years the exhibitions have attained premier standing in the Caspian Region, being the most ambitious and successful exhibitions supported by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan relating to these subjects. The Education Exhibition will offer undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and secondary higher education and MBA, foreign language business courses, internships, training, as well as for the first time this year - preschool education courses, which visitors may receive information about and/or enrol. The 10th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Career Exhibition reflects the trend of increasing demand in the country for the skilled personnel. Among the participants at the Career exhibition are Baku Sea Port, Gilan Holding, SOCAR, and others.
Next the baton passes to the 7th Azerbaijan International Environmental Exhibition - Caspian Ecology 2016, to be held from the 16th to the 18th of November. Traditionally, the exhibition season is completed by the 22nd Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference – Bakutel (29th November - 2nd December).
The capital of Azerbaijan therefore anticipates an intense season of autumn trade fairs, which will enable the relevant industry professionals to meet reliable partners, find new areas of business, as well as keep abreast of industry innovations. One advantage of the exhibitions in Azerbaijan is free admission for visitors to the exhibition, in contrast to similar events abroad. The exhibition also provides comfortable buses, also without charge, to transport visitors from the Koroghlu metro station to the Baku Expo Center and back.
