El­dar Gasi­mov to join Grand Euro Party

Grand Euro Party will be held on the Fri­day be­fore the Grand Fi­nal of the Euro­vi­sion Song Con­test 2017, Trend Life re­ported.

Ed­uard Ro­manyuta, the Ukrainian born singer who rep­re­sented Moldova at Euro­vi­sion 2015, is head­lin­ing the ‘Grand Euro Party’ on May 12 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The event will bring to­gether win­ners and pre­vi­ous par­tic­i­pants of the song con­test, in­clud­ing win­ner of in­ter­na­tional song con­test "Euro­vi­sion-2011" El­dar Gasi­mov.

Ell & Nikki, also known as El­dar & Ni­gar, are an Azer­bai­jani pop duo con­sist­ing of singers El­dar Gasi­mov and Ni­gar Ja­mal. On 14 May 2011 they won the Euro­vi­sion Song Con­test 2011 for Azer­bai­jan with their en­try "Run­ning Scared".

More­over, Em­melie de For­est, Bo­jana Sta­menov, Nina Sublatti, Mo­randi, Alexan­dra Stan, DJ MEG and oth­ers will please the au­di­ence with fan­tas­tic per­for­mances.

Diana Ha­jiyeva will rep­re­sent Azer­bai­jan in the Euro­vi­sion 2017 Song Con­test. The Azer­bai­jani singer will be slay­ing the way through the com­pe­ti­tion in Kyiv, with the song “Skele­tons”.

Forty-three coun­tries will par­tic­i­pate in the Euro­vi­sion 2017 that will take place in the In­ter­na­tional Ex­hi­bi­tion Cen­tre in Kiev, Ukraine, fol­low­ing Ukraine's vic­tory at the 2016 con­test in Stockholm with the song "1944", per­formed by Ja­mala.

Azer­bai­jan will act in the first semi-fi­nal, which will also see per­for­mances of Mon­tene­gro, Fin­land, Ge­or­gia, Por­tu­gal, Bel­gium, Swe­den, Al­ba­nia and Aus­tralia.

Cyprus, Slove­nia, Ar­me­nia, Moldova, Czech Re­pub­lic, Latvia, Ice­land, Greece, Poland will per­form in the se­cond semi-fi­nal.

The Big Five and the host coun­try are di­rectly qual­i­fied to the fi­nal. Italy, Spain and the United King­dom will vote in Semi-Fi­nal 1. Ger­many, Ukraine and France will vote in Semi­Fi­nal 2.
