The mar­ket has been in a tough sit­u­a­tion for the past few years; the industry is suf­fer­ing, which is mostly af­fect­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tion agen­cies. Lo­cal agen­cies have been fac­ing the most trou­ble as they sit on shaky ground with no backup. World­wide, lo­cal agen­cies are merg­ing, as this seems to be the only so­lu­tion for them to sur­vive the mar­ket. Fol­low­ing this point of view, two Beirut-based in­de­pen­dent agen­cies, Al­lied and Ge­orr and Part­ners, took the de­ci­sion of merg­ing. Hav­ing strong client ser­vic­ing, plan­ning and strate­gic think­ing, Al­lied joined forces with Ge­orr and Part­ners, which in re­turn of­fered the ex­tra edge in cre­ativ­ity. To­gether, they cre­ated Its., a whole new en­tity, “of­fer­ing all as­pects of suc­cess to clients”. In a con­ver­sa­tion with Its.
