Why it’s in­ter­est­ing:

Con­sumers are tak­ing a holis­tic ap­proach to mind, body, diet and fit­ness, recog­nis­ing them as in­ter­con­nected. We’ve al­ready seen a shift in the lan­guage of ex­er­cise, which has moved from talk­ing about be­ing thin to talk­ing about be­ing fit, and now in­flu­encers are also cham­pi­oning men­tal strength as a fur­ther ben­e­fit.
