This is mainly due to a stag­nant econ­omy, a slug­gish prop­erty mar­ket, a slump in the price of oil, can­cel­la­tion of govern­ment mega projects cou­pled with an in­creased political in­sta­bil­ity and a higher ten­sion in the war zones that sur­round us. The above will make it much more com­pet­i­tive than ever to per­form, grow and drive for­ward. So mar­keters will be faced with a tough busi­ness en­vi­ron­ment. Hence they will have to make change hap­pen by tap­ping into and seek­ing un­con­ven­tional re­sources and ex­cep­tional tal­ents al­low­ing them to achieve cre­ative ideas, that will sell their prod­ucts and ser­vices, that are way above the bar and very dif­fer­ent from the norm.
