Bedi Sohal set to join Saatchi & Saatchi Dubai
One of the top editors at Wired magazine has been hired by Apple.
has announced that he will leave the publication to take on a yet-to-beannounced role with the tech giant. Sorrentino has been the head of creative at Wired since 2013, overseeing the brand’s four creative departments – photo, design, video and production. He was responsible for crosschannel brand presence on print, web, digital editions, mobile, social, retail and live events. He was formerly design director at Condé Nast’s digital publishing arm, prior to his work at Wired. He was also head of design at Maxim, Blender and WWE, and ran his own design agency from 2003 to 2010. The magazine confirmed the move but Apple has not offered details of the role Sorrentino will be taking.
