This man was part of our childhood era! We went to school singing his commercial jingles and spent our nights, sometimes in the shelters, enjoying his TV adverts.

Andre Rizk is a unique, courageous and independent person. He rushes to places where others do not dare. He was, in a way, involved in most of the locally established businesses since the sixties. Ten years back, I was lucky to meet the revolutionary man for the first time before becoming his client in 2012. Unlike the other admen, he prefers to stay away from the spotlight and avoids taking part in award shows, instead opting to capitalise on his motto, “ebda3 en ba3”.

For him, agencies buy awards for themselves out of their clients’ pockets.

I would like to congratulate the Man of the Year on this well-deserved title by wishing him another 50 years of creativity, achievements and success.
