This man was part of our child­hood era! We went to school singing his com­mer­cial jin­gles and spent our nights, some­times in the shel­ters, en­joy­ing his TV ad­verts.

An­dre Rizk is a unique, coura­geous and in­de­pen­dent per­son. He rushes to places where oth­ers do not dare. He was, in a way, in­volved in most of the lo­cally es­tab­lished busi­nesses since the six­ties. Ten years back, I was lucky to meet the revo­lu­tion­ary man for the first time be­fore be­com­ing his client in 2012. Un­like the other ad­men, he prefers to stay away from the spot­light and avoids tak­ing part in award shows, in­stead opt­ing to cap­i­talise on his motto, “ebda3 en ba3”.

For him, agen­cies buy awards for them­selves out of their clients’ pock­ets.

I would like to con­grat­u­late the Man of the Year on this well-de­served ti­tle by wish­ing him an­other 50 years of cre­ativ­ity, achieve­ments and suc­cess.
