> Nadim Khoury has taken over as chief ex­ec­u­tive of Grey Group MENA fol­low­ing the de­par­ture of Eric Hanna. Khoury who has been with Grey since 1999 and be­came chief op­er­at­ing of­fi­cer in 2013, will re­port to Nirvik Singh, chair­man and chief ex­ec­u­tive of Grey Group Asia Pa­cific, Mid­dle East and Africa. Hanna has left to pur­sue other op­por­tu­ni­ties. No fur­ther ex­pla­na­tion of his de­par­ture was of­fered. The pro­mo­tion of Khoury and the exit of Hanna fol­lows the re­cent ar­rival of Ali Shabaz from Grey Sin­ga­pore, who took over as chief cre­ative of­fi­cer at Grey Mid­dle East, re­plac­ing Mike Shackle. > In­formed sources have told Arabad that Alain Hochar will de­part from M&C Saatchi MENA end of March af­ter spend­ing over three years as man­ag­ing di­rec­tor of the group. Alain said he will be ven­tur­ing into a new chal­lenge with­out be­ing spe­cific about his future plans.

> Nayla Mouawad is also set to leave Im­pact BBDO Beirut where she served as cor­po­rate com­mu­ni­ca­tions man­ager for 13 years. Mouawad will re­main at the agency till April be­fore tak­ing a 2-week break to then fol­low the ranks of a blue chip client, which name she told Arabad will be re­vealed in due time.

> Karim Kazan has joined FP7 Beirut as ex­ec­u­tive cre­ative di­rec­tor. Kazan was cre­ative di­rec­tor at Drive Dentsu, which he left when the agency de­cided to cease its op­er­a­tions in Le­banon.
