Norwegian water seeps into UAE
UAE Eco-friendly products firm, Acentria Global, has launched what it claims is the ‘world’s healthiest drinking water brand’ – ISBRE – in the UAE’s AED1 billion water sector.
According to the company, the international launch operations started in early 2013 and the Middle East region has a growing demand for high-quality water. It hopes to achieve three to seven per cent market share in 12 months.
“Acentria Global aims to be the leading provider of globally acclaimed healthy and eco-friendly products for the GCC region and it gives me immense pleasure to bring the Norwegian brand ISBRE to the UAE market,” says Jarand Ronjom, CEO of ISBRE AG.
It is available in restaurants and supermarkets in Dubai, including Al Maya, Union Co-op and Blue Mart.
“We have plans for different media campaigns for the region and to sponsor sports and health-related events. Media campaigns are discussed and tailored in Norway and the UAE,” he adds.
