29 in­sti­tu­tions part of Sharjah child safety panel

SHARJAH: Sharjah Baby Friendly Of­fice (SBFO), the en­tity tasked with the im­ple­men­ta­tion of the ‘Sharjah Child Friendly City’ project, an­nounced the es­tab­lish­ment of an ex­ec­u­tive com­mit­tee for the project, com­pris­ing rep­re­sen­ta­tives from 29 Sharjah government de­part­ments and en­ti­ties, to fol­low up on the im­ple­men­ta­tion of the project’s 2019–21 ac­tion plan.

The ex­ec­u­tive com­mit­tee’s es­tab­lish­ment fol­lows a se­ries of meet­ings with Sharjah government en­ti­ties, and brings to fruition the rec­om­men­da­tion of the project’s steer­ing com­mit­tee for its for­ma­tion. THE step Is RELECTIVE of SBFO’S ef­forts to widen its part­ner­ing net­work com­pris­ing government de­part­ments, com­mu­nity part­ners, and other en­ti­ties to en­sure the con­tin­ued suc­cess of the Sharjah Child-friendly City project.
