London airport to be bought by Kuwaiti investors
London City Airport is to be bought by a group of investors that includes Kuwait, according to reports.
The Canadian and Kuwaiti consortium signed an agreement with American fund Global Infrastructure Partners to purchase the airport.
Wren House Infrastructure Management Limited is the infrastructure investing arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority.
The airport is valued at US $2.8 billion and is mainly used by London city professionals due to its location and ease of use.
