Lon­don air­port to be bought by Kuwaiti in­vestors

Lon­don City Air­port is to be bought by a group of in­vestors that in­cludes Kuwait, ac­cord­ing to re­ports.

The Cana­dian and Kuwaiti con­sor­tium signed an agree­ment with Amer­i­can fund Global In­fra­struc­ture Part­ners to pur­chase the air­port.

Wren House In­fra­struc­ture Man­age­ment Lim­ited is the in­fra­struc­ture in­vest­ing arm of the Kuwait In­vest­ment Au­thor­ity.

The air­port is val­ued at US $2.8 bil­lion and is mainly used by Lon­don city pro­fes­sion­als due to its lo­ca­tion and ease of use.
