Capital Centre Arjaan achieves healthy 2016 performance
Centre Arjaan by Rotana has reported a healthy 2016 performance excelling across several key indicators.
Guest and colleague engagement ranked highly, with the Abu Dhabi property scoring 78% in the companywide ‘Engage to life’ colleague engagement survey, 11% more than the 67% target.
The hotel also scored 99% in a mystery audit survey that covered all service-related operations and in terms of guest online surveys, Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana achieved an overall rating of 4.3 stars out of 5 stars across all online channels such as booking.com and TripAdvisor.
In terms of hotel surveys, which are completed by the guest at the end of their stay, the property achieved a score of 87.1, exceeding its target of 86.4.
In addition, the hotel consistently maintained occupancy levels of 80% during 2016 and simultaneously achieved the highest Average Daily Rate (ADR) in its competitive set. Click here for full story
