Savushkin Product launches a new cheese production facility.

Savushkin Product has launched a new cheese making facility in Stolin. It took than half a year for Savushkin Product to transform the outdated production facility in Stolin into a European-class cheese factory. Stolin branch of Savushkin Product was closed down for full technical renovation in October 2010.

Nearly Br40 billion was invested in the renovation project. The daily production capacity is 40 tonnes of cheese. To ensure the safety and quality of products the Stolin factory has been equipped with a modern production laboratory. The warehouses can store up to 1,000 tonnes of finished cheese.

Cheese is one of the most important export items of Savushkin Product. Three production branches in Kamenets, Pinsk and Stolin specialize in cheese production. Capacities allow producing up to 80 tonnes of cheese per day. More than 60% of the total output is exported. In 2010, cheese accounted for 45% of the total production of the company.
