OFF-ROADER FOR BE­LARU­SIAN ELEC­TRIC EN­GI­NEERS

Maz-ku­pava, a pro­ducer of au­to­mo­bile trail­ers and bod­ies, has turned out break­down lor­ries for op­er­at­ing elec­tric power net­works in hard-to-reach places.

The new ve­hi­cles are made for Belorus­neft. The mo­bile work­shops are meant to be used in ar­eas in­ac­ces­si­ble for tra­di­tional ve­hi­cles.

The body of the off-roader is made from sand­wich pan­els. It is di­vided into a pas­sen­ger sec­tion and a work­shop sec­tion and equipped with a heater, an air con­di­tioner, a weld­ing set, a self-sup­port­ing diesel gen­er­a­tor, and a hy­draulic ma­nip­u­la­tor. There are cham­bers for gas tanks. The rear end of the body has an open area with drop sides and a stair­case. The roof of the body is re­in­forced with a fenc­ing to ex­pand the range of works that can be per­formed us­ing the ve­hi­cle. The en­tire equip­ment is made of stain­less steel.
