Michelin has opened Be­larus’ first truck tire cen­ter as part of the tyre­plus part­ner­ship pro­gram.

The pro­gram is aimed at pro­vid­ing qual­ity ser­vice to lo­cal truck­ing com­pa­nies and at ar­rang­ing ef­fec­tive man­age­ment of the tire in­dus­try us­ing cut­ting-edge stan­dards, which is im­por­tant for the suc­cess­ful de­vel­op­ment of tran­sit and do­mes­tic trans­porta­tion.

Ex­pand­ing its op­er­a­tion in the East­ern Europe area, Michelin en­hances its part­ner­ship net­work in Be­larus. The Minsk-based tire cen­ter is the fourth one that will en­joy the Tyre­plus part­ner­ship pro­gram. Three car tire cen­ters (one in Minsk and two in Vitebsk) had been opened be­fore.

At present the global re­tail chain Tyre­plus in­cludes 54 ser­vice cen­ters. It of­fers a wide choice of tires made by do­mes­tic and for­eign man­u­fac­tur­ers, an ex­ten­sive lineup of as­so­ci­ated goods. It also of­fers tire in­stal­la­tion, bal­anc­ing, re­pairs, and restora­tion.
