SEA OF TASTE
Two large projects have been launched by the Vitebsk horticultural company and Kletskbased Gamma Vkusa company as part of the Baby Food national program. A total of Br18.2 billion will be injected into the projects in 2012.
The Vitebsk company will open a new workshop to produce tinned fish and meat in glass containers. Gamma Vkusa is set to open an up-to-date line to manufacture tinned fruit and vegetables. The companies are developing their own feed zones in order to widen the assortment of raw material meeting all necessary quality and safety requirements. Thus, in 2011 the Radunskoye company with its new plantations of fruit and berry crops made part of the Vitebsk horticultural company, while the Kletsk company laid out a 44-hectare garden.
