Prod­ucts of Vitebsk Moloko en­joy the love and trust of cus­tomers

Ev­ery com­pany has its own his­tory, its own des­tiny. Pe­ri­ods of com­par­a­tive calm al­ter­nate with vig­or­ous growth and vice versa. In Vitebsk there is an en­ter­prise worth pay­ing at­ten­tion to due to many rea­sons. The best rea­son is the fact that the com­pany has man­aged to ad­vance to the fore­front within a few years. Some time ago it used to be a lot less rec­og­niz­able and no­tice­able. But changes en­acted in the last few years got the busi­ness mov­ing and now life is in full swing over there. That en­ter­prise is OAO Moloko also known as Vitebsk Moloko, which also hap­pens to be the com­pany’s top trade­mark. The ap­pear­ance of the trade­mark vir­tu­ally her­alded the sec­ond com­ing of the com­pany.

Nowa­days it is a big rapidly de­vel­op­ing en­ter­prise with a his­tory to tell and a phi­los­o­phy to prac­tice. Prod­ucts of Vitebsk Moloko are now eas­ily rec­og­nized on store shelves. They en­joy the love and trust of cus­tomers. Con­sumers know that they get or­ganic, tasty, and qual­ity prod­ucts by buy­ing Vitebsk Moloko.

How­ever, the happy state of af­fairs did not ex­ist in the past. The com­pany has gone through a lot in the course of its his­tory. Some time ago OAO Moloko’s prod­ucts were hard to find on store shelves as they were over­shad­owed by many other dairy brands. A new pol­icy turned the ta­bles. The com­pany started fo­cus­ing on what con­sumers wish, rais­ing the qual­ity of mer­chan­dise, uti­liz­ing ad­vanced man­u­fac­tur­ing tech­nolo­gies, qual­i­fied per­son­nel, and ef­fec­tive mar­ket­ing.

Con­sumers Above All

Con­sumers and their pref­er­ences and needs are the cor­ner­stone of the com­pany’s pol­icy. OAO Moloko closely mon­i­tors the qual­ity of raw ma­te­ri­als and the qual­ity of mer­chan­dise at all pro­duc­tion stages and in all the pro­duc­tion de­part­ments. The com­pany’s qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem has been cer­ti­fied for com­pli­ance with STB ISO 9001:2001, ISO 22000, and HACCP. Con­sumers pre­fer qual­ity above ev­ery­thing else th­ese days. This is why OAO Moloko is one of the few Be­laru­sian en­ter­prises which prod­ucts are cer­ti­fied for com­pli­ance with Ha­lal stan­dards. Apart from that, the com­pany was nom­i­nated for the Be­larus gov­ern­ment’s qual­ity ex­cel­lence award in 2014. The com­pany was awarded an in­dus­try leader ti­tle in 2013.

Mar­ket­ing

In this day and age the com­pany’s devel­op­ment pol­icy is shaped by wisely built mar­ket­ing, which de­ter­mines the com­pany’s tasks, ways of devel­op­ment tak­ing into ac­count needs of con­sumers and mar­ket trends. The at­ti­tude to de­sign has changed. Now pack­ag­ing de­sign is an im­por­tant com­po­nent that makes the com­pany’s prod­ucts com­pet­i­tive.
