But now these items will not be taken to the border areas because the training of trainer on refrigeration and the Air-conditioning Services started in Technical Training Institute from Monday in the capital.
The program was in line with the 11th Five Year Plan of Ministry of Labour and Human Resources ( MoLHR) initiative to introduce green skills in TVET institution and NEC for HCFC Phase-out Management Plans (HPMP) in most of the countries in Asia Pacific region, which has been approved by the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund for countries to achieve the 2013 and 2015 control measures at least under the Montreal Protocol.
Director, Department of Human Resources under the MoLHR, who graced the opening session of the programs said, previously and even today one of the main prevailing problems in the skill areas is in the Refrigeration and the Air-conditioning ( RAC). He added that henceforth, this training will solve our problems where people don’t have to take down to the border areas for the maintenance purposes.

He also reminded to those training of trainers that it is very important to learn with full concentration and with interest.
