The expo that displayed the latest products and technology for construction industries
Bhutan Construction Expo has been successfully in providing a unique opportunity for participating construction industries to display their latest products and technology.
The four-day 7th construction expo that began on July 15 at the Changlimithang parking lot ended last Monday. During the four day show, over 88 companies from Bhutan and other countries participated to showcase the products and construction technology.
About 63 companies from India and 25 from Bhutan displayed a wide range of latest heavy machineries such as excavators, mining equipment asphalt paver finishers, generator sets and safety gear.
The construction expo also showcased textiles, furniture, electric bulb, toilet accessories, dishes, agricultural machinery, gardening and landscape equipment. The companies like JCB, Kobelco, ATLAS COPCO, APPOLO, Hindware, Ajax Fiori, among many, participated in the construction expo all under one roof.
The show was encouraged by the success of preceding expos, this year, the Bhutan Construction Expo which is seventh in the series was said to be bigger and better than before. Through the construction expo, the contractors can avail dozens of ideas to make the job easier and more productive in the construction sites.
This is no ordinary event. Ever since its inception in 2009, the Bhutan Construction Expo has been incorporated in the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI) event calendar as an annual mega event.
