A rosary of po­ems launched

In­dian am­bas­sador Jaideep Sarkar launched “Dragon De­lights- A Rosary of Po­ems” a book writ­ten by Nam­gyal Tsh­er­ing at the Nehru- Wangchuck Cul­tural Cen­tre yes­ter­day. The au­thor was the prin­ci­pal of Dechentsemo Cen­tral School in Pu­nakha.

Nam­gyal Tsh­er­ing com­pleted his Masters in ed­u­ca­tional man­age­ment in Lead­er­ship from Mahi­dol Uni­ver­sity in Bangkok, Thai­land and cur­rently, he serves as the Prin­ci­pal of Dechentsemo Cen­tral School, Pu­nakha. He has been par­tic­i­pat­ing in lit­er­ary com­pe­ti­tions and con­tribut­ing po­ems to Kuensel which were pub­lished in Kuensel dur­ing his school­ing day. He also con­trib­uted sto­ries, es­say and po­ems to www. writ- ers of Bhutan. com and have gained sta­tus as a spon­ta­neous writer and deep­ened pas­sion of writ­ing. As Kardo Pet­sher in the So­cial me­dia, Face­book, he gives clar­ity to the flow of his ex­per­i­men­tal feel­ing that gives voice to moral­ity, truth and phi­los­o­phy of life as he lives and ob­serves.

“Dragon De­lights: A Rosary of Po­ems” is his maiden lit­er­ary ven­ture. The book sym­bol­izes his ver­sa­til­ity at writ­ing and love of lit­er­a­ture even as man of sci­en­tific con­text by ed­u­ca­tional pro­fes­sion.
