DOMESTIC FLIGHTS RESUMED
Drukair’s ATR42-500 resumed its operation starting January 28 this year after having been grounded on January 22 for the second time. The aircraft was grounded after four of its components in its engine started giving problem. The four components were replaced in one engine of the aircraft. However, towards the end of March this year, the ATR will not fly for two more days to install the second engine. Between December 29 last year and January 28, the grounding resulted in 20 domestic and six international flights cancellation.
