Ingredients For 4 people
½ Kilo lean Beef 4 Cloves Garlic 2 tbls Tomato ketchup 2 tbls Chilli sauce ½ tsp Kampot Pepper 1 tbls Oyster sauce 1 tsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Chicken powder 3 tsp Palm Sugar
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, 4 Fried Eggs
Cut the beef into 10 mm cubes.
Crush or finely slice the garlic and fry in a large fry pan with 2 tablespoons of oil until just going golden brown then add the beef.
When the beef is browned on all sides add all the other ingredients and cook until beef is cooked.
Lok Lak is traditionally served on a bed of Lettuce, Tomato and Onion with a fried egg on top or can be served with boiled rice.
