Cam­bo­dia is home to a great deal of ex­cel­lent In­dian food, but this smart lit­tle restau­rant in Siem Reap might just be the best. The menu is ex­ten­sive and largely ex­cel­lent but, in our opin­ion, two of the house spe­cial­i­ties are the star turns – be sure to kick things off with the plump and spicy Dak­shin prawns be­fore feel­ing the hearty burn of the fried pep­per lamb.
