Are fa­cil­i­ties well-main­tained and well-used?

Are stu­dents and teach­ers ac­tive and en­gaged in the class­room?

Are teach­ing as­sis­tants and sup­port staff car­ing and en­cour­ag­ing in­de­pen­dent learn­ing?

Does the cur­ricu­lum in­clude non-ESL text­books and ac­tiv­i­ties that fo­cus on con­cepts and prob­lem solv­ing?

Are ex­tracur­ric­u­lars like mu­sic and sports part of a nor­mal school day?

Is there a core group of staff that has been at the school for a few years?

Does the school have a clear plan for track­ing the progress of stu­dents and com­mu­ni­cat­ing with par­ents?
