THE ART OF THE MATTER

Southeast Asia Globe - - Incoming -

With its claim of being the longest-running international art fair in Southeast Asia, Art Expo Malaysia Plus (AEMP) returns this month for its 11th year. Fortunately for those wishing to spend their cash on art rather than tickets, the organisers have continued their commitment to keeping the event free and, with approximately 70 art galleries from 25 countries exhibiting 2,000 artworks, there will be plenty of choice for visitors looking to run through some ringgit. Keep an eye out for celebrated Malaysian abstract painter Awang Damit Ahmad, who will be one of 11 artists featured in the solo exhibition zone.
