Singapore’s Bras Basah Bugis precinct once again turns into a hub of culture and performance this month to mark midsummer at the 11th Singapore Night Festival. With dazzling installations and displays that will light up the street and the faces of the National Museum of Singapore and the Singapore Art Museum, the city-state’s biggest outdoor performance arts festival promises romance on all fronts in nightly shows from local and international acts. Previous editions of the festival have seen the likes of aerial dancers and circus acts enjoyed by around half a million visitors into the wee hours of the morning.
