THE ROYAL REPORT MAGICAL MEG! Star used Princess Diana’s makeup artist for shoot
Meghan Markle’s natural-looking make-up for her Vanity Fair cover shoot was created by Mary Greenwell who also worked with the late Princess Diana.
In her first comments about her relationship with British royal Prince Harry, the Suits actress opened up to the glossy magazine about her boyfriend, confirming the couple are “in love” and are “very happy”.
And during the interview, the freckled actress, who has previously complained about her facial markings being concealed, admitted she was pleased to be working with noted photographer Peter Lindbergh, because he ‘”rarely retouches, and he believes in such little make-up”.
Now it’s been revealed Meghan’s assigned makeup artist on the day was Greenwell, who worked with Harry’s late mother Diana on photoshoots for Vanity Fair and Vogue.
Mary posted the images of Meghan’s photoshoot on Instagram, and shared with her social media followers she’d had “such a lovely day” working with the 36-year-old star.
In an interview about Diana’s beauty secrets, Greenwell told Stylist magazine: “Diana was always very open and willing with her style.”
