River Gold Fundraising is a community fundraiser in partnership with three local service organizations: Corduroy Brook Enhancement Association, Exploits Valley SPCA and Grand Falls-Windsor Heritage Society. The Diabetes Education Clinic offers a “drop-in” service on Wednesdays between 1 and 4 p.m. Have your blood sugar, blood pressure and weight checked. Bring your diabetes-related questions to the nurse and dietitian. Come back and get on track. No appointment necessary. Join us each Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at E.M. Bishop Hall, Holy Trinity Anglican Church, for fun, food, games, music and teaching presentations about the Christian faith. Each session will start with a meal. No cost for participants.
