The ‘Fine, What­ever’ Cookie Base

(Cream to­gether in sep­a­rate bowl)

1 cup of white sugar

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of soft­ened but­ter or mar­garine

1 large egg

(Dry In­gre­di­ents)

2.5 cups of all-pur­pose flour

1 tea­spoon of bak­ing soda

1 tea­spoon of salt

1 heap­ing cup of main in­gre­di­ent (blue­ber­ries, co­conut, M&Ms, par­tridge­ber­ries, etc.)

• Com­bine thor­oughly in a mixer or by hand in a bowl with wet in­gre­di­ents and spoon onto a parch­ment pa­per-covered oven pan, keep­ing each drop at least two inches apart.

• Bake at 350 de­grees Cel­sius for ap­prox. 10-12 min­utes or un­til golden brown.

That’s it. It’s worth men­tion­ing that if you use blue­ber­ries as your main, the dough will be blue when mixed to­gether and while nice, they don’t ex­actly hold their colour when baked and it can be hard to judge them vis­ually for done­ness. It’s
