Cafe de Paris is plan­ning to open its sec­ond Toronto lo­ca­tion at the be­gin­ning of March near Yonge and Shep­pard. The pop­u­lar South Korea–based chain of­fers pic­ture-wor­thy desserts, in­clud­ing fruit purée drinks, green tea mousse cake and the clas­sic tiramisù.
