LCBO, $29.95 This here Canuck whisky (a.k.a. rye) has been dou­ble stilled here in On­tario. Dou­ble dis­til­la­tion is more com­mon in Scotch whiskies, whereas, the Ir­ish are known to triple dis­till. The re­sult is a whisky that boasts some hefty rye bread spice and smooth, honey aro­mas.
