I have loved your mag­a­zine ever since I came across it in my doc­tor’s of­fice years ago, and now it’s the main rea­son for my Tex­ture sub­scrip­tion! I just fin­ished read­ing the April/May edi­tion, and what I loved about it most was the “Best Gyms” sec­tions. I re­cently started back at a new gym and I was mo­ti­vated by the “Coach’s Cor­ner” and “Gym Stuff” be­cause it’s great to see new ideas and things to fo­cus on. Would love to see more low carb/high fat recipes in the mag­a­zine :). VICKIE LEFORT I don’t read many mag­a­zines but Best Health has so much help­ful in­for­ma­tion to keep my fam­ily and I healthy and ac­tive. Healthy choices need to start at home and hav­ing this mag­a­zine on our cof­fee ta­ble keeps the dis­cus­sion open — when we aren’t on our phones or iPads. LUCY LAGANA Your sug­ges­tion to meet prospect train­ers for cof­fee be­fore com­mit­ting to a coach­ing ser­vices pack­age is spot-on in “Train­ing Day”. Thank you for the re­minder. I have many train­ers in my net­work and have tried a few, but could have ben­e­fit­ted from es­tab­lish­ing rap­port with them be­fore­hand. Now I know that com­mu­ni­cat­ing my learn­ing style in ad­vance is in­te­gral for a solid coach­ing re­la­tion­ship. MINDY AM­BROSE I en­joy Best Health be­cause it is Cana­dian and I can find the items you show­case. In the April/May is­sue I en­joyed the ar­ti­cle re­gard­ing phys­i­cal symp­toms of anx­i­ety — es­pe­cially the breath­ing 4-7-8, which I use with my son when we are in an anx­ious mo­ment. I also liked the handy con­tact list in the es­tate-plan­ning ar­ti­cle. But, the best in this is­sue was the sheet pan recipes — I love mak­ing healthy, sim­ple meals!
