Hy­att Place has de­buted in NewYork City with the open­ing of the Hy­att Place New York/Mid­town-South. The 185-gue­stroom ho­tel fea­tures com­pli­men­tary WiFi through­out the ho­tel, com­pli­men­tary break­fast sand­wiches pre­pared daily, a café with cof­fees, beers, wines and cock­tails, and room ameni­ties such as 42-inch HD tele­vi­sions. For meet­ings, the ho­tel has 250 square feet of flex­i­ble space.

Nearby at­trac­tions in­clude Times Square, the Em­pire State Build­ing, Madi­son Square Gar­den, Ra­dio City Mu­sic Hall and the Broad­way theatre dis­trict.

The Hy­att Place brand is launch­ing in ur­ban down­town lo­ca­tions; ear­lier this year, properties opened in Austin, TX, and in the pipe­line in­clude lo­ca­tions such as Chicago’s River North, Min­neapo­lis, Nashville, Panama City, Panama and San­ti­ago, Chile.
