United Air­lines has re­vealed the new con­ces­sions that are to open in Hous­ton’s Bush In­ter­con­ti­nen­tal Air­port’s Ter­mi­nal B South Con­course, which has un­der­gone a $95 mil­lion re­de­vel­op­ment. The con­course has 17 food, bev­er­age and re­tail op­tions along with ex­panded gate-lounge ar­eas and sweep­ing views of the tar­mac.

3rd Bar Oys­ter & Eat­ing House from the celebrity chef and Hous­ton na­tive Bryan Caswell will make its de­but as an air­port con­ces­sion. The Fru­te­ria, a Mex­i­can restau­rant with smooth­ies, juices and Mex­i­can cof­fees, will also be a new­comer to air­port con­ces­sions. The restau­rant will serve tequila cock­tails in the evenings. Other food and bev­er­age op­por­tu­ni­ties in­clude classics such as Whataburger, Bull­rito’s, Bar­cu­terie, Fa­mous Famiglia, Fresh Gourmet Mar­ket­place, Panda Ex­press and ubiq­ui­tous standby, Star­bucks.

re­tail out­let au­tho­rized to sell Ap­ple prod­ucts, and Re­lay, a travel es­sen­tials store. Other re­tail sta­ples in­clude Brook­stone, The Body Shop, Ice Cur­rency Ex­change, John­ston & Mur­phy, Natalie’s Candy Jar and Nu­ance Duty Free. With the re­de­vel­op­ment, con­ces­sion space in the con­course will be 500 per­cent larger than be­fore.
