George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) –
United Airlines has revealed the new concessions that are to open in Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport’s Terminal B South Concourse, which has undergone a $95 million redevelopment. The concourse has 17 food, beverage and retail options along with expanded gate-lounge areas and sweeping views of the tarmac.
3rd Bar Oyster & Eating House from the celebrity chef and Houston native Bryan Caswell will make its debut as an airport concession. The Fruteria, a Mexican restaurant with smoothies, juices and Mexican coffees, will also be a newcomer to airport concessions. The restaurant will serve tequila cocktails in the evenings. Other food and beverage opportunities include classics such as Whataburger, Bullrito’s, Barcuterie, Famous Famiglia, Fresh Gourmet Marketplace, Panda Express and ubiquitous standby, Starbucks.

Other retail staples include Brookstone, The Body Shop, Ice Currency Exchange, Johnston & Murphy, Natalie’s Candy Jar and Nuance Duty Free. With the redevelopment, concession space in the concourse will be 500 percent larger than before.
