CONRAD EN­HANCES CONCIERGE APP WITH PRE CHECK-IN

Conrad has added pre check-in fea­tures to its concierge app so guests can fur­ther cus­tom­ize their stay. Guests can se­lect pre-ar­rival ameni­ties, or­der in-room din­ing and check out from the Conrad Concierge app, which has been down­loaded more than 100,000 times since its launch Novem­ber 2012.

With the new pre check-in fea­ture, guests with Gold or Di­a­mond HHonors sta­tus can check in early through the app. All guests can or­der spe­cial re­quests upon ar­rival. The app has also added the op­tion for guests to re­ceive texts re­gard­ing their per­sonal ser­vice re­quests. For more in­for­ma­tion visit Hil­ton.com.
