To answer, it is important to look at the market in China for perspective.
Specifically, China currently has over 82 million outbound travelers and is estimated to reach up to 200 million within the next 7 years. Furthermore, in 2012 alone, there were up to 2.96 billion trips domestically. In comparison, international arrivals totaled 132 million during the same period. These numbers reflect the importance of continued brand growth within China.
In short, our near term strategy is to continue building Jin Jiang into a strong brand and creating a firm foundation in China. Considering outbound traffic projections, our vision within the next 5 to 10 years is to have a Jin Jiang branded hotel in key cities around the world. Our overall vision is to promote Jin Jiang domestically and internationally as a‘national pride of China.’
