The BMW Syd­ney Car­ni­val is the pre­mier horse rac­ing event for Aus­tralia’s global city held over six weeks. Boast­ing the nest thor­ough­bred rac­ing and a stag­ger­ing 49 Group races, the Car­ni­val spans Syd­ney’s two pre­miere race­courses, with three weeks at Rose­hill Gar­dens, fol­lowed by three weeks at Royal Rand­wick. The event de­liv­ers world class rac­ing, stun­ning fash­ion and fan­tas­tic en­ter­tain­ment in one of the world’s most iconic cities and the Down Un­der home of rac­ing.

New Or­leans Jazz & Her­itage Fes­ti­val April 25 – May 4, 2014 New Or­leans

Cel­e­brat­ing its 45th year as the birth­place of jazz, the fes­ti­val brings a wide mix of in­ter­na­tion­ally renowned mu­si­cians. In­spired by Ma­halia Jack­son and the Eureka Brass Band back in 1970, the New Or­leans Jazz & Her­itage Fes­ti­val cel­e­brates the cul­ture of Louisiana com­bined with the fer­vor of a gospel hymn and the joy of a jazz pa­rade. It’s a cel­e­bra­tion unique to this mag­i­cal des­ti­na­tion.

Dubai Camel Rac­ing April 6 – 17 Al Mar­moum Camel Race­track, Dubai
