Delta Moves Some LHR Ar­rivals and De­par­ture at T3 — Delta Air Lines has moved its ar­rival and de­par­ture ter­mi­nal to Heathrow’s Ter­mi­nal 3 for the fol­low­ing routes: Lon­don to New York- JFK, Lon­don to Bos­ton and Lon­don to Seat­tle.

“From the out­set of our part­ner­ship with Vir­gin At­lantic we have been com­mit­ted to putting the cus­tomer rst and cre­at­ing more com­pe­ti­tion on trans-At­lantic routes, said Ed Bas­tian, Delta’s pres­i­dent. “The co-lo­ca­tion of our key busi­ness ights with Vir­gin At­lantic at Heathrow is an­other step for­ward in de­liv­er­ing against these com­mit­ments. To­gether we are of­fer­ing new routes and more ights this sum­mer and mak­ing a real dif­fer­ence for cus­tomers.”

The move is aimed at of­fer­ing cus­tomers more choice and ex­i­bil­ity while re­duc­ing on­ward tran­sit times.

The Club at PHX Opens — Air­port Lounge De­vel­op­ment Inc., (ALD) has an­nounced the open­ing of the rst and only shared-use air­port lounge at Phoenix Sky Har­bor In­ter­na­tional Air­port, The Club at PHX. This marks ALD’s sixth club.

The Club at PHX is lo­cated past se­cu­rity near the high B gates in Ter­mi­nal 4, and is avail­able to all pas­sen­gers trav­el­ing out of that ter­mi­nal. Lounge ac­cess is avail­able for $35. The club also wel­comes mem­bers of Pri­or­ity Pass, Pri­or­ity Pass Se­lect and Lounge Club.

United Un­veils Heathrow T2 Lounges — United Air­lines has un­veiled its two lounges for pre­mium cus­tomers at Lon­don Heathrow Ter­mi­nal 2. The United Global First Lounge and the United Club are lo­cated near the air­line’s gates in T2’s satel­lite con­course. Both fa­cil­i­ties fea­ture oor-to-ceil­ing win­dows with views of the air eld, lux­u­ri­ous decor and vin­tage avi­a­tion-themed art­work. Both will of­fer com­pli­men­tary food and bev­er­ages, plus free WiFi.

The United Club lounge is for Star Al­liance pas­sen­gers trav­el­ing in Busi­ness Class. Its fea­tures in­clude a 25-seat full ser­vice bar, two buf­fet ar­eas, a TV lounge and seven pri­vate phone booths. Next to the United Club are eight shower suites for the use of cus­tomers us­ing ei­ther the Global First Lounge or the United Club.
