New York Hil­ton Wraps Phase One Ren­o­va­tions

The city’s largest ho­tel, the 1,985-room New York Hil­ton Mid­town has com­pleted Phase One of its multi-mil­lion dol­lar room ren­o­va­tion pro­gram. The ex­ec­u­tive level room re­fur­bish­ment in­cor­po­rates 187 guest rooms and 41 suites on floors 39-44. The new rooms fea­ture over­sized win­dows, mul­ti­ple power point op­tions and flat screen TVs that ac­com­mo­date mul­ti­ple de­vices.

Additional im­prove­ments in­clude a re­designed lobby with new re­cep­tion area, lux­u­ri­ous ex­ec­u­tive lounge, and new stone floor­ing. The Grand Ball­room, the city’s largest ho­tel ball­room, its Foyer and Prom­e­nade Sut­ton Hall and Nas­sau ball­room com­plex are sched­uled to be com­pleted by end of third quar­ter 2014. The en­tire project is set to be com­pleted by 2016.
