Pet­rossian is not a name you see of­ten, un­less you are tak­ing a rare in­dul­gence into the world of caviar and the life­style that goes with it. But the ex­pe­ri­ence of the caviar life is now avail­able to any­one tak­ing off from Los Angeles on an in­ter­na­tional flight.

Pet­rossian has opened its In­ter­na­tional Air­port Caviar & Cham­pagne Bar in the main cor­ri­dor of the Tom Bradley In­ter­na­tional Ter­mi­nal at Los Angeles In­ter­na­tional Air­port as part of a $1.9 bil­lion LAX up­grade project. The ren­o­vated ter­mi­nal’s 31 eater­ies of­fer tastes of the re­gion’s top ta­bles. For Pet­rossian, which also has a store on trendy Robertson Boule­vard in West Hol­ly­wood, the L.A. air­port venue is the first of sev­eral in­ter­na­tional air­port lo­ca­tions in the US to come.
