Along­side the 24-hour room ser­vice, dining op­tions in­clude Amer­i­can cui­sine from New York culi­nary stars in The Back Room at One57, along with spe­cialty cock­tails at The Living Room, Park Hy­att’s sig­na­ture bar, which fea­tures an en­hanced mixol­ogy pro­gram. My fa­vorites, thus far, in­clude an in­cred­i­bly de­li­cious and warmly com­fort­ing Mush­room Bisque, a sat­is­fy­ing take on mush­room soup. The en­trees meet the high ex­pec­ta­tions set by the firsts, in­clud­ing a wide se­lec­tion of grass-fed steaks, sus­tain­able fish, fresh seafood and raw bar. How­ever, I be­lieve my fa­vorite is the Lob­ster Pot Pie.
