This festival started in 1919 as a reaction to negative pranks played on All Hallow’s Eve. The name reverses the letters in Halloween. The event features parades, a chili cook-off, Great Pumpkin contest, food, fun and more. The Oak Ridge Boys will headline the last night’s concert.
