Se­lect Ritz-Carl­ton prop­er­ties around the world have launched‘A Meet­ing of the Senses’to help meet­ing and event plan­ners cre­ate sen­sory ex­pe­ri­ences that en­liven the par­tic­i­pants and cre­ate mem­o­ries.

The 60 par­tic­i­pat­ing lo­ca­tions de­liver events that will cap­i­tal­ize on unique ways to bring guests to­gether. One re­cent ex­am­ple at the Grand Cay­man prop­erty was a pre­sen­ta­tion of chilled espresso shots called“high oc­tane fuel”for a client fo­cused on rac­ing and in­no­va­tion. For an­other event, com­mu­nity ta­bles re­placed tra­di­tional ban­quet rounds and in­cluded in­ter­ac­tive set-ups so it was easy to break the ice with fel­low guests.
