North End Grill Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Cre­ates New Delta Menu

Delta has launched a new menu for cus­tomers fly­ing in the Delta One cabin on se­lect transcon­ti­nen­tal North Amer­i­can and transAt­lantic routes to Europe. The of­fer­ings on th­ese flights were cre­ated by ex­ec­u­tive chef Eric Korsh of NewYork’s North End Grill. Dishes will in­clude fa­vorites from the restau­rant in­clud­ing pink sea trout with turnips and pearl onions and North End Grill’s clas­sic opera cake.

“We se­lec­tively chose to part­ner with North End Grill and Chef Korsh as they share in the same phi­los­o­phy of serv­ing fresh, lo­cal and sea­sonal food to cus­tomers,” said Al­li­son Aus­band, Delta’s se­nior vice pres­i­dent – in­flight ser­vice.“They pre­pare food in their restau­rants ev­ery day for cus­tomers in NewYork so why not part­ner with them to pre­pare meals for our cus­tomers in the air?”

Delta One transcon­ti­nen­tal cus­tomers will have ac­cess to the menu for break­fast, lunch and din­ner on all west­bound Delta One flights from New York JFK to Los An­ge­les and San Fran­cisco In­ter­na­tional Air­ports.
