North End Grill Executive Chef Creates New Delta Menu
Delta has launched a new menu for customers flying in the Delta One cabin on select transcontinental North American and transAtlantic routes to Europe. The offerings on these flights were created by executive chef Eric Korsh of NewYork’s North End Grill. Dishes will include favorites from the restaurant including pink sea trout with turnips and pearl onions and North End Grill’s classic opera cake.
“We selectively chose to partner with North End Grill and Chef Korsh as they share in the same philosophy of serving fresh, local and seasonal food to customers,” said Allison Ausband, Delta’s senior vice president – inflight service.“They prepare food in their restaurants every day for customers in NewYork so why not partner with them to prepare meals for our customers in the air?”
Delta One transcontinental customers will have access to the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner on all westbound Delta One flights from New York JFK to Los Angeles and San Francisco International Airports.
