PROJECT: Bi-level in reverse
“If a purchaser took a threeyear mortgage, the payments would be $714 a month for principal and interest.”
The five per cent down would equate to approximately $8,600. The one plan that is left in the complex is the Tamarack, a 927-square-foot model that the company refers to as a reverse bilevel.
The main living is on the ground level with the two bedrooms downstairs. From the door, the dining room is at the front, followed by the kitchen in the middle and the living room at the back.
All the main floor is open with rooms adjacent to each other. The kitchen is in an L-shape with a pantry closet on the opposite side.
The living room has a door that opens to the deck out back.
The two bedrooms downstairs are separated by the main bathroom. The stacking washer and dryer are in a cupboard at the bottom of the stairs and the master suite has a larger closet and room for storage under the stairs.
Possessions start next month for some of the units; the others will be all finished by April 2010.
NOTE: The show home shows the other model, which is already sold out. But the Tamarack without furniture is open for viewing and another show home should be ready soon.
While no longer available to buyers, this show suite exemplifies the elegance of units within the project.
The entrance into the complex shows decorative stone pillars.
