Condo units Next to perfect

Spacious design cuts down clutter

Calgary Herald New Condos - - New Condos - JOSH SKAPIN

Sometimes, life in a condo apartment can make finding a place to put things a challenge. But it would be difficult to imagine clutter in a northeast Calgary condominium unit by Bucci Developments.

The Unit A show suite for Next Living is not short on space for belongings.

A large, walkin storage space with imported European porcelain tile flooring is located off the front entrance of the unit -— perfect for tucking away skis and hockey equipment.

Space continues to be the theme in the unit, with a big linen closet and walk-in closet off the master suite.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected through an open concept layout, with a nine-foot ceiling reminiscent of a downtown loft.

All three spaces are filled with natural light brought in through tall windows in the living room.

The expansive, triple-glazed windows offer residents eyecatching views while shielding street noise.

Socializing is promoted in the kitchen due to its inviting eating bar with custom pendant lighting.

The kitchen is stylish and modern, featuring stainless-steel appliances, brushed nickel hardware and quartz countertops.

The kitchen is also full of storage space due to its fullextension soft-close drawers.

A small, built-in desk space off the kitchen gives residents the option of setting up a desktop computer.

The contemporary bathroom includes a full floating vanity mirror, sustainable cabinet veneers and durable quartz countertops, along with a dual-flush toilet.

It includes a relaxing deep soaker tub and shower. Wide plank laminate flooring covers most of the unit, while nylon loop carpet brings cosiness to the bedroom.

A straight line ac- cess connects the bedroom to the walk-through closet and conveniently to the laundry area.

The building is planned to have many of the amenities for modern living, such as fullyequipped exercise rooms, a custom-built car wash and dog wash station, and a heated underground parkade.
