Kismet townhome a charmer
Jayman Modus opens Nolan Hill show home
For townhome buyers looking in Calgary’s northwest end, Jayman Modus has opened the doors on the first show home at its stylish Irish-themed development. Trinity is a 99-unit project in Nolan Hill, a community rich with green space and nearby amenities off Symons Valley Road.
Its Kismet model is a bright and spacious charmer with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a heated double-car garage.
The main floor has nine-foot high ceilings bookended by tall energy-efficient windows. This floor plan ranges from 1,411 to 1,466 square feet but seems much larger.
The main level features a large dining area flanked by a great room and L-shaped kitchen. The kitchen boasts laminate counters and stainless steel appliances along with an over-the-range microwave.
There’s also a stylish mosaic backsplash, adding personality to the space. Facing the dining area is an eating bar with seating for three people. This end of the counter also has a seven-inch deep double stainless steel sink. Adjacent to the kitchen is a built-in desk, ideal for children in the home to finish off homework while dinner is prepared. Just off the kitchen is access to a spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the fresh air on a sunny summer morning.
There’s also a half bathroom on the main floor with a pedestal sink and rectangle mirror.
Upstairs, the master bedroom and two secondary bedrooms are separated by the master ensuite on one side of the hallway and a full bathroom on the other. Next to the master bedroom is a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer.
The home is also filled with special touches, such as three-anda-half inch baseboards and acrylic latex eggshell paint on the walls.
Kismet is one of two models available at Trinity. The other is Viva, a plan that ranges from 1,578 to 1,638 square feet.
The kitchen in the Kismet boasts laminate counters, mosaic backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
