Militant network shattered: police
Moroccan authorities have announced the dismantling of a militant network linked to the Islamic State group across nine cities that had been planning attacks. The statement said the network was present in several cities, including Agadir, Tangiers, Taroudant and Marrakech. In the coastal city of Agadir, police seized firearms and ammunition. There has been fears over the presence of groups linked to Syria- based ISIL in North Africa after it claimed an attack on a Tunisian museum that killed 21 people.
