Victim under microscope

Jerry Sandusky’s lawyers are focusing on conflicting statements from a man who settled a child sex abuse claim with Penn State but didn’t testify at Sandusky’s criminal trial. Victim 2 and one other victim didn’t testify during the 2012 trial, while eight others did. At an appeal hearing, retired Cpl. Joseph Leiter says shortly before Sandusky was arrested, Victim 2 denied Sandusky abused him.
